Despite the article's conclusion the solutions are: Number one: Warren
Buffett (that is, Berkshire Hathaway stock), who charges virtually
nothing for his advice; and Number two: index mutual funds, a specialty

My son Chris just gave me a great Christmas present:  "The Tao of Warren
Buffett: Warren Buffett's Words of Wisdom," by Mary Buffett and David
Clark, Scribner,  $19.95.
