I want to thank and congratulate you for the excellent photo of
our March Against the War yesterday, January 27.After t the first big
march against the war on October 26, 2002, before it began in 2003, at
which I also marched, you had a most unsuitable photo - of two boys,
wrapped in an American flag at the reflecting pool. Yesterday's was
the biggest and most inclusive March yet. Your picture gave some idea
of the outpouring of citizens of all ages, backgrounds and ideas. My
first big march was in Palo Alto, California in l966. I have marched
frequently since. I just turned 77 years old and will continue my
opposition to the present War and all wars as long as I can. Louise
